BIOGRAPHY:
SGT
Julian Evans began his law enforcement career in 1993. He
has been with the Smithfield Police Department since 2002.
SGT Evans is assigned as a supervisor in the uniformed patrol
division and bike patrol. SGT
Evans is also a Defensive Tactics instructor and member of the
Emergency Response Team.
SGT
Evans enjoys serving the citizens of his hometown. In his
leisure time he enjoys sports and other physical fitness
activities.
