CHIP
is a grass-roots
effort to forge a partnership between the Smithfield Police
Department and members of the local community. Its mission
is to identify and apply problem solving solutions, using
prevention services, in partnership with the citizens, to
improve the security and quality of life in the community.
Homework Station needs volunteers. Meets Wednesdays
at 4:00pm at the Jersey Park C.H.I.P. office.
