Officer David C. Adams

BIOGRAPHY:
Officer Adams grew up in Smithfield and graduated from Windsor High in 2005. He went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Military History from the Virginia Military Institute in 2009.  Officer Adams graduated from the Hampton Road Criminal Justice Training Academy in November 2009.  Officer Adams' interests include reading, hunting, camping, marksmanship, and volunteering at Carrollton Fire Dept where he has been a member since 2004.
